The Lawyer’s Parrot
A lawyer buys a parrot to keep him company at work. The parrot quickly learns to say, “Objection!” every time the lawyer is on the phone.
One day, the lawyer asks, “Why do you keep saying ‘Objection!’?”
The parrot replies, “Because you argue with everyone!”
The lawyer laughs, “That’s not true.”
The parrot squawks, “It is! And I have witnesses!”
