The Best Way to Learn to Drive
A woman who’s never driven before finally decides it’s time to learn. She signs up for lessons, and the first day arrives. Her instructor, a calm and experienced driver, tells her, “Alright, today we’ll just go over the basics and take it slow. Don’t worry, I’ll guide you every step of the way.”
She gets behind the wheel, and after a few minutes, she’s feeling pretty confident. She looks over to the instructor and asks, “So, how do I know if I’m a good driver?”
The instructor looks at her and says, “Well, the best way to tell is if you can make it through a traffic jam without turning into a road rage monster.”
The woman smirks, “Oh, that’s easy. I’m always calm. In fact, I’ve already learned one important thing about driving.”
“Oh really?” the instructor asks, raising an eyebrow.
“Yep,” she says with a grin. “I’ve learned that driving is all about parking – I just don’t have the patience for the actual ‘driving’ part yet!”
