The Overly Helpful Friend
A guy is telling his friend, “I’ve got a problem. Every time I try to surprise my girlfriend, she figures it out!”
His friend suggests, “Try throwing her off guard. Act like you’ve forgotten something important, then BAM—surprise her with something romantic!”
The guy nods and says, “Good idea. But what if she surprises me first—with an argument about why I forgot?”
His friend smirks, “Then BAM—surprise her with flowers and chocolate. Problem solved.”
