The Job Application
A man walks into a store with a “Help Wanted” sign in the window.
He asks the manager, “What’s the job?”
The manager replies, “Stocking shelves, cleaning, and helping customers.”
The man says, “Sounds easy. What’s the pay?”
The manager replies, “$12 an hour.”
The man nods and says, “I’ll think about it.”
The manager asks, “Do you need more money?”
The man replies, “No, I just need less work.”
