The Million-Dollar Question
A game show host tells a contestant, “This is the million-dollar question. If you get it wrong, you lose everything!”
The contestant nods nervously.
The host asks, “What is 2 + 2?”
The contestant starts sweating and stammers, “Uh… it’s 4, right?”
The host smiles and says, “Are you sure?”
Terrified, the contestant changes their answer to “5.”
The host shouts, “Wrong!” and takes the million dollars.
The contestant cries out, “But you tricked me!”
The host replies, “That’s show business.”
