Father Nelson and the Atheist
An atheist moved into Father Nelson’s town and often mocked religion. One day, the atheist was hiking and got chased by a bear. He screamed, “Oh God, help me!”
The bear stopped, looked up, and folded its paws.
The atheist cried out, “What’s happening?”
Father Nelson appeared and said, “Even bears say grace before their meals.”
The atheist fainted, and the bear left—full of forgiveness, not food.
