The Cheese Doctor
There was a doctor who specialized in treating cheeses. He was known as Dr. Mozzarella, the best cheese doctor in town. One day, a worried farmer brought in a block of cheese that wasn’t aging well.
Dr. Mozzarella examined the cheese and said, “Ah, I see the problem. This cheese is suffering from mold anxiety. It’s afraid to mature!”
The farmer asked, “Can you cure it, doctor?”
Dr. Mozzarella smiled and replied, “Of course! A little time in the right conditions, and it’ll brie just fine!”
