Death and Cemeteries
“Two gravediggers are working late one evening at the cemetery.”
One of them says, “You know, it’s a bit eerie how quiet it is here at night.”
The other gravedigger nods, “Yeah, but at least we don’t have to deal with any of the living. Those people are the real scary ones.”
Just then, they hear a loud groan coming from one of the freshly dug graves. They freeze, and one whispers, “What was that?”
Suddenly, a hand reaches out from the dirt, and a figure starts pulling itself out.
The gravedigger yells, “I quit!” and runs off.
The figure, covered in mud, says, “Hey, I just wanted directions to the afterlife! Jeez, tough crowd.”
