The Dad’s Job Interview
A dad is sitting in the waiting room of an office building for a job interview. His phone rings, and he picks up, saying, “Hello, this is Bob!”
The voice on the other end says, “Hey, Bob! This is your son. How’s the interview going?”
Bob sighs and replies, “I think it’s going okay, but they just asked me the strangest question.”
“What question?” his son asks.
“They asked me, ‘What is your greatest weakness?’”
The son pauses and then says, “Well, that’s easy. Just tell them your biggest weakness is that you’re too hard-working and care too much.”
Bob chuckles and says, “That’s exactly what I said!”
The son laughs, “Did it work?”
Bob pauses for a moment and replies, “I don’t know yet. They just offered me the job of Chief of Procrastination.”
