The Hungry Ghost
A group of campers is telling ghost stories around a fire.
One camper says, “They say there’s a ghost in these woods that eats anyone who gets lost.”
Another camper laughs nervously, “Ha! Ghosts don’t eat people!”
Suddenly, a deep voice from the darkness says, “Not true. I’m on a low-carb diet, but a little snack won’t hurt.”
The genie says, “You get one wish. Choose wisely.”
The man says, “I wish for world peace.”
The genie pauses, looks confused, and says, “That’s too complicated. Pick something easier.”
The man thinks for a moment and says, “Fine. I wish my mother-in-law would stop criticizing me.”
