The Lazy Wizard
A young wizard named Lazor had a reputation for being incredibly lazy. One day, his teacher asked him to perform a spell to summon a storm. Lazor flicked his wand, mumbled some words, and… nothing happened.
The teacher frowned. “Lazor, that’s not how magic works! You have to put in effort!”
Lazor yawned and said, “Why create a storm when I can just make people think it’s storming?”
He waved his wand again, and suddenly everyone in the room heard thunder, saw flashes of lightning, and felt a chill. The teacher looked around, impressed but annoyed.
“That’s clever,” she admitted, “but what happens when the rain is actually needed?”
Lazor shrugged. “I’ll conjure some interns.”
Years later, Lazor became a famous wizard not for his spells, but for convincing everyone he was working while he napped in the corner. His motto? “Illusion is the best solution.”
