Grandma’s Winter Coat
My grandma has this giant, fluffy winter coat that she wears everywhere. It’s so big that when she walks down the street, people think a polar bear escaped from the zoo. One day, we were at the store, and someone actually asked her if she was a mascot for the Arctic Wildlife Fund.
Without missing a beat, she said, “No, but I’m collecting donations for my heating bill.”
She walked out with $20 and a free box of cocoa. Never underestimate grandma.
